This site operates a voice-agent platform (the “Service”). If you have questions about this policy, contact the site operator.
2. What data we collect
- Account data: email address and profile details you provide.
- Call data: call metadata (timestamps, duration, routing), and optionally audio recordings and transcripts if enabled.
- CRM data: contacts, appointments, notes, and other information entered into the dashboard.
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser info, and logs needed to secure and operate the Service.
3. How we use your data
- Provide and operate the Service and its features.
- Secure the platform, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
- Improve the platform and measure reliability (aggregated metrics where possible).
4. AI and voice processing
The Service may process audio and text with third-party AI/voice providers to generate responses. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process and share any personal data included in calls.
5. Sharing and subprocessors
Depending on your configuration, data may be processed by vendors (for example: telephony providers, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and realtime AI). Review and sign any required data processing agreements with those providers. See Subprocessors and the DPA for starter templates.
6. Data retention
Retention periods depend on instance configuration. Some call media (recordings, transcripts) may be automatically purged after a configured window. Contact the operator for the current retention settings.
7. Your rights
If you have an account, you can export or delete your data from inside the dashboard. Some rights may depend on your jurisdiction.
8. Cookies and local storage
The dashboard uses essential storage to operate (for example, storing an access token and remembering UI state). This instance does not intentionally use third-party advertising cookies. See the Cookie Policy for details.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes should be communicated to users as required by law.
