1. Billing model
Open Voice Agent is commonly operated under a “BYO keys” model: customers bring their own telephony/AI provider accounts and pay those providers directly. Operator fees (setup, hosting, support) are billed separately by the operator.
2. Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation by contacting [billing@your-domain]. Define notice period and effective date for cancellation in your contracts or order forms.
3. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on your commercial terms. If you offer refunds, specify the conditions and time window. If you do not offer refunds, state so explicitly.
Third-party provider charges (telephony, AI, speech) are outside the operator’s billing and are subject to the providers’ own refund policies.
4. Data deletion on termination
Upon termination, the operator will provide a reasonable method to export data and may delete customer data after a defined retention period, subject to legal requirements.
