2. Voice and telephony rules
If you use Open Voice Agent for phone calls or microphone-based web interactions, you must comply with applicable telephony, marketing, and recording laws.
- No robocalling/spam in violation of local law or carrier policies.
- No caller ID spoofing or impersonation.
- No unlawful recording: disclose AI/recording status and obtain consent where required.
- No attempts to bypass provider safety restrictions or to route prohibited traffic.
3. Restricted content
Do not use the Service to generate or facilitate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. You are responsible for your agents’ prompts, tools, and outputs.
4. Enforcement
The operator may suspend or terminate access to protect the Service or if you violate this policy. This policy should be incorporated into your Terms of Service.
