Trial and subscription
£49 per month on a monthly rolling subscription. Cancel anytime. All features are included, with unlimited team members, receptionist calls, texts and minutes, and website chat. Usage is for ordinary business reception under the acceptable-use and messaging terms; bulk marketing is excluded.
7-day free trial with 30 total voice minutes shared by test and incoming calls. Card required upfront. Card setup is not a subscription payment. Running out of minutes does not shorten the trial or trigger early charging. Before you accept, we show the dates, minute accounting, exhaustion behaviour, full first charge/date, monthly paid period, renewal amount/date, cancellation method and reminder timing.
After seven days, your £49 monthly subscription begins unless you cancel beforehand. It renews each month until cancelled. We’ll remind you before your trial ends. Using all 30 minutes does not trigger an early charge. Refunds and remedies due under the agreement or law remain unaffected.
How cancellation works
Use the cancellation method in your order or email billing@openvoiceagent.com. If you cannot sign in, email still works as the cancellation route. Include enough information to identify the account; do not send passwords or full card details.
Scroll sideways to read the full table.
| When you cancel | What happens |
|---|---|
| Before the trial ends | No paid conversion. Remaining trial time and unused minutes continue until the original trial end. |
| During a paid month | No next monthly renewal. Access continues until the paid-month end. |
We record when your request arrives and confirm cancellation and the final service date. A timely request remains timely if we process it later. Tell us if you have not received confirmation so we can investigate.
Deleting an app, closing a browser or disabling carrier forwarding does not cancel the subscription. Cancellation, refunds, data deletion and number porting are separate instructions. A declined refund does not prevent stopping renewals.
Incorrect charges and service problems
Email billing@openvoiceagent.com for duplicate/incorrect charges or a charge after timely cancellation; use team@openvoiceagent.com for a service problem. Give an account/invoice reference and a short explanation, with only necessary data.
We investigate, explain the outcome and correct charges or provide the remedy due under the agreement and law. Where appropriate, this can include putting the issue right or a proportionate refund/credit. We do not replace a refund owed to you with a credit without your agreement. If a material service failure cannot be put right within a reasonable time, you may end the affected service and receive a refund of unused prepaid fees for it, preserving other applicable remedies.
Ordinary cancellation does not automatically refund the paid period during which access continues. Other goodwill refunds/credits are considered case by case; there is no automatic money-back guarantee or blanket exclusion of refunds. An upstream failure is not automatically the customer's responsibility.
We normally refund to the original payment method, explain any necessary exception and distinguish our processing from the bank's completion time. Mandatory refund deadlines and previously accepted rights remain.
Failed payments
If payment fails, we explain the status, recovery options and any service restriction, and how to query the bill or cancel. Retries must not duplicate charges. Cancellation, support and appropriate rights-request routes remain available while ordinary service is restricted. No fixed grace period is promised.
Numbers, data and leaving
Cancelling Open Voice Agent does not change forwarding at your existing carrier. Arrange replacement routing and update advertised contact details. Ask about number exit before ending its use; we explain authorised porting and service effects and preserve applicable switching/portability rights. We do not obstruct a lawful port or release/reassign a number to defeat those rights.
Useful recordings, transcripts and service history follow justified purposes, your instructions and the DPA's retention criteria. At processing end, we return or delete personal data held on your behalf at your choice and delete copies, unless UK law requires storage. We explain the agreed exit stages, necessary retained records and backups. Cancellation alone is not completed erasure, and privacy requests do not require an active paid subscription.
Contact, complaints and mandatory rights
General support, number, privacy, security and complaints: team@openvoiceagent.com. Billing and cancellation: billing@openvoiceagent.com. Company telephone: 020 4524 7953. No fixed staffed hours, phone-answering promise or support-response SLA is included.
We investigate complaints, explain the outcome and available escalation, and give updates where needed. Tell us if a route is inaccessible so we can consider an appropriate alternative or reasonable adjustment. Privacy requests follow the privacy notice and legal deadlines. Independent telecom dispute-resolution rights, where applicable, remain; internal review cannot extend a statutory waiting period.
Open Voice Agent targets business use. Actual purchase purpose determines consumer status; a checkbox does not remove rights. The seven-day trial does not shorten an applicable statutory cancellation period, and starting service is not a universal waiver. Mandatory remedies, privacy rights and telecom protections remain.
