The service is for UK business reception. You are the business identified in your order, and the person accepting must have authority to bind it. Other country editions are not currently available.
Your order, these terms, the cancellation/support policy, acceptable-use policy and applicable data-processing addendum (DPA) form the agreement. We provide a copy you can retain. The order identifies your plan, features, billing frequency, full payment amount, trial dates, first charge/date, paid period, renewal amount/date and terms version. The DPA prevails on personal-data processing; mandatory law and mandatory transfer terms remain unaffected.
Our privacy notice explains data use. A subscription is not blanket consent to recording or marketing. Mandatory rights remain, including consumer rights if an individual actually buys wholly or mainly outside their business purposes.
Your plan and service
£49 per month on a monthly rolling subscription. All features are included, with unlimited team members. Cancel anytime to stop the next renewal.
Ordinary receptionist calls, texts, minutes and website chat are unlimited under the acceptable-use policy and messaging terms. There are no per-minute, receptionist-text or team-seat overage charges for that use. The total monthly payment and any applicable VAT breakdown are shown before you subscribe.
Open Voice Agent answers routine questions from your approved business information and captures enquiries or callback requests. Messages, transfers and the website voice/chat widget are included, with enabled channels, authorised destinations and required permissions. Supported integrations are identified in the order; we explain unavailable features before you order. A booking link does not itself make a booking.
The service excludes outbound calling campaigns, bulk marketing and custom engineering. Your existing telephone provider may charge separately for forwarding calls to Open Voice Agent. We do not add undisclosed usage charges or apply a hidden voice cap through the acceptable-use policy.
Seven-day trial and renewal
7-day free trial with 30 total voice minutes shared by test and incoming calls. Card required upfront. Card setup is not a subscription payment. Exhausting the minutes does not charge you early or shorten the trial.
Before you accept, we show the exact trial dates, how minutes are counted, what happens when they run out, monthly billing, full first charge/date, paid period, renewal amount/date, cancellation method and any advance-reminder timing.
After seven days, your £49 monthly subscription begins unless you cancel beforehand. It renews each month until cancelled. We’ll remind you before your trial ends. Using all 30 minutes does not trigger an early charge. We show the first payment date and each monthly renewal amount before you accept. You authorise the disclosed payments. We provide billing information and correct duplicate or incorrect charges. Price changes follow Care, availability and restrictions.
Cancellation and remedies
Cancel through the method in your order or email billing@openvoiceagent.com. Trial cancellation prevents paid conversion; your remaining trial time and unused voice minutes continue until the original trial end. Paid cancellation stops the next renewal, with access until the end of your paid month. We record receipt and confirm the final service date. A request received in time is effective even if we process it later.
Ordinary cancellation does not automatically refund a paid period during which access continues. We correct incorrect charges and provide remedies due for service not supplied as agreed. If a material service failure cannot be put right within a reasonable time, you may end the affected service and receive a refund of unused prepaid fees for it, without losing other applicable remedies. Goodwill refunds or credits are discretionary; there is no automatic money-back guarantee. A credit does not replace a refund owed to you without your agreement.
The cancellation/support policy explains requests and exit. Cancellation, a refund request, account deletion and number porting are separate instructions.
Your business and team
Keep your business facts, authorised destinations and team access accurate. Review the information used by the receptionist and material enquiries where accuracy matters. Have the rights to supplied content, branding and voices; protect credentials and allow only authorised business users. Do not resell or sublicense access to another business.
Follow the acceptable-use policy, preserve essential AI/processing/channel notices when editing a greeting or website, and supply your business-specific privacy information and required permissions. These responsibilities do not transfer Open Voice Agent's own service defects or legal duties to you.
Care, availability and restrictions
We provide the agreed service with reasonable care and skill. AI can make mistakes, and we cannot guarantee every answer, transfer or message. Network and supplier failures may affect availability; they do not automatically remove Open Voice Agent's responsibilities or remedies. No fixed uptime or support-response SLA is included.
Open Voice Agent is not a human professional or emergency response service. ElevenAgents cannot reach 999 or 112. Maintain an emergency-capable telephone and an appropriate human route for urgent matters. This does not waive any emergency-access duty that applies to Open Voice Agent by law.
We may proportionately restrict affected activity for unlawful use, an evidenced security/abuse risk, a binding legal/provider requirement or non-payment. Where lawful and practicable, we explain the reason, how to resolve it and the review route. A remediable breach receives a reasonable chance to be corrected unless immediate action is justified. Failed-payment notices explain recovery and any service restriction; cancellation and billing-query routes remain available.
We explain material adverse price/service changes before they apply and allow you to end the affected service before the change, with any refund due for unused prepaid service. Urgent legal/security changes are explained as soon as reasonably possible. Changes do not alter charges or rights already earned.
Numbers and leaving the service
Open Voice Agent administers the supplied UK number for your authorised business use, subject to carrier, identity and regulatory requirements. Provide accurate details and cooperate with proportionate checks. A number is not absolute property ownership.
We cooperate with valid authorised port-out requests, explain their service effects and preserve applicable switching and portability rights, including rights after termination. We do not obstruct a lawful port or release/reassign a number to defeat those rights. Cancelling Open Voice Agent does not change forwarding at your existing carrier; arrange replacement routing and update published contact details.
Data, confidentiality and suppliers
You keep rights in your content. You permit Open Voice Agent and authorised suppliers to use it as necessary to provide and support the agreed service, under the DPA where applicable. We protect confidential information and disclose it only as needed under the agreement or as law requires. Our privacy notice covers Open Voice Agent's separate controller activities.
Useful recordings, transcripts and history are retained for justified, disclosed purposes under your instructions and the agreed retention criteria. They are not kept indefinitely merely because they might someday be useful. At processing end, we return or delete personal data at your choice and delete copies unless UK law requires storage. The DPA explains exit, necessary retained records and backups; subscription cancellation is not itself completed erasure.
For the ElevenLabs component, follow the supplier-use obligations supplied before acceptance. You grant ElevenLabs, its affiliates and subcontractors non-exclusive permission to use and process your data to provide/support that component, subject to the agreed processing arrangements. ElevenLabs may enforce those supplier-use provisions as a third-party beneficiary. Do not represent Open Voice Agent or your business as its agent, partner or joint venture. Open Voice Agent is your first support contact; no further resale right is granted.
Liability and law
We do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything the law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
Subject to this section, Open Voice Agent Ltd's total liability to your business, whether in contract, negligence or otherwise, for all claims arising from events in a service year is subject to one annual aggregate cap.
For each claim, calculate a limit as the greater of:
- The subscription fees actually paid or already due for subscription months that had begun in that service year by the event first causing the claim; or
- One full monthly subscription fee at that event, including during the free trial.
The minimum is one full monthly subscription fee (£49 at the current price). This does not change any refund or credit due.
The highest of these claim limits is the annual aggregate cap. Damages already paid count towards it. A service year is each consecutive 12-month period from service start and its anniversaries. Connected claims are treated as one claim arising at their first causative event, regardless of when they are notified. The calculation neither includes uncommitted future renewals nor makes them payable, and does not reduce refunds or credits already due.
The cap applies only between the business parties and only so far as lawful. It does not reduce mandatory DPA duties, individuals' statutory data-protection or compensation rights, regulator powers or mandatory transfer terms. Mandatory consumer and telecom rights remain. A supplier disclaimer does not itself remove a remedy Open Voice Agent owes you.
England and Wales law governs this agreement. Its courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory law, forum or dispute-resolution rights.
Support and complaints
Email team@openvoiceagent.com for service, number, privacy or security concerns, or billing@openvoiceagent.com for billing/cancellation. We investigate and explain the outcome and available escalation. These routes remain available if you cannot sign in or no longer subscribe. Tell us if a route is inaccessible so we can consider an appropriate alternative or reasonable adjustment. Applicable independent dispute-resolution and court rights remain; internal review cannot extend a statutory waiting period.
